1. Check the docs
Most questions are answered in the documentation and troubleshooting guide. The same guide is in your dashboard under Appearance → Luxivia.
2. Copy your System Status
In Appearance → Luxivia → System Status, copy the report. Include it with the page URL, what you expected, what happened and a screenshot — we can help much faster.
3. Contact us
Send your question through the contact form. We aim to reply within one business day. Never send passwords — if we need access we'll explain a safe way to share it.
Licence
Luxivia is released under the GNU General Public License v2 or later. You may use it on unlimited sites, including client projects, and modify it. Support plans are per store. Demo images are original illustrations with nothing to license; payment-brand marks identify supported payment methods and remain the property of their owners.
