Do I need to pay to get updates?
No. Updates are free for everyone and are published on the Download page with a full changelog. The support plan is about getting help, not access to the theme.
Can I use Luxivia on client sites or multiple stores?
Yes. Luxivia is licensed under the GPL v2 or later, so you can use it on unlimited sites, including client projects. Agencies can rebrand the theme in the dashboard with the built-in white-label tool.
Do I need Elementor or another page builder?
No. Luxivia has a built-in homepage, header and footer builders, and block editor patterns. Elementor is supported if you prefer it, including Elementor Pro theme locations, but it is optional.
Will importing a demo overwrite my store?
No. Your existing products, pages and menus are never deleted. "Remove demo content" deletes everything the demo added and restores your previous settings. On a live store, use "Design only", which adds no sample products.
How do I update Luxivia safely?
Back up your site, then upload the new zip in Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme and choose "Replace current with uploaded". Your settings, menus and content are stored in the database and are kept. Purge your cache afterwards.
Does Luxivia work in my language?
Yes. Luxivia ships with a translation template containing more than 1,800 strings, mirrors its layout automatically for right-to-left languages, and works with WPML, Polylang and TranslatePress.
