Luxivia documentation
Everything you need to set up, design and grow a WooCommerce store with Luxivia. Written for store owners — no coding needed. Current for version 0.6.0.
Set up
Requirements & recommended plugins
What your hosting needs, and which plugins work best with Luxivia.
Install, update and child themes
Installing Luxivia, updating it safely, and keeping custom code separate.
What Luxivia sets up for you
Things the theme creates or configures automatically on activation, so nothing surprises you.
Ready-made demos
Start from a complete example store — Eyewear, Fashion Boutique or Jewellery & Watches — in one click, and undo it just as easily.
Design
Colours & fonts
Three brand colours and one font setting control the look of the whole store.
Dark mode & transparent header
Two optional looks. Both are off by default, so your site looks exactly as it does now until you choose otherwise.
Header, logo & menus
Logo, navigation, header icons, scroll behaviour and the mobile menu.
Mega menus
Wide dropdown panels under chosen menu items, with sub-categories, best sellers and a promo image. The header bar itself does not change.
Header & footer builders
Rearrange the header in three rows and three zones, and the footer in up to five columns plus a bottom bar — by dragging.
Homepage
The built-in homepage has five sections you can show, hide and edit, plus your own content below.
Footer, social icons & payment logos
Newsletter band, three menu columns, payment logos, social icons, optional widget row and copyright.
Shop
Categories & the shop filter
How to structure categories so the shop filter looks clean and every category page ranks well.
Shop, category & product pages
Grid layout, filters, sorting, collection links and what the product page shows.
Cart, checkout, payments & shipping
Luxivia styles the whole purchase flow; WooCommerce handles payments, shipping and tax.
Grow sales
Store features
Eight optional features that help shoppers buy. Each is off until you switch it on in Appearance → Luxivia → Features.
Shop & product extras
Optional features usually found in premium WooCommerce themes — swatches, labels, smarter filters, zoom, size guides and more.
Conversion tools
Optional tools that help shoppers decide and buy — the same features premium themes sell as add-ons.
Discounts, pre-orders & variation galleries
Quantity discounts, cart discounts, free gifts, pre-orders and a separate photo gallery for each colour or option.
SEO, Google Shopping & social sharing
What Luxivia does for search engines, how it works with SEO plugins, and the few settings worth filling in.
Newsletter & Mailchimp
Collect email subscribers from the footer and pop-up, and send them to Mailchimp.
Pages, layouts & site tools
Page templates, custom block layouts, patterns, speed switches, export/import, starter setup and white label.
