- 1Pick a demo. Each card shows its colours, fonts and what it includes.
- 2Click Import everything for sample products, categories, pages, blog posts, menus, images and design settings — or Design only for just the colours, fonts and homepage text and images.
- 3Keep the page open while the progress bar runs (usually under a minute). Then view your site.
- 4Replace the sample products, text and images with your own, or click Remove demo content to delete everything the demo added and restore your previous settings.

Note: Demo images are clean illustrations drawn in each demo’s colours, so there is nothing to license. Your existing products, pages and menus are never deleted.
Important: Import demos on a new or staging site. On a live store, "Design only" is the safe choice — it does not add sample products your customers could see.
