Mega menus
Wide dropdown panels under chosen menu items, with sub-categories, best sellers and a promo image. The header bar itself does not change.

Quick way: tick the items
- 1Open Customize → Mega Menu.
- 2Tick the menu items that should open a mega menu (e.g. Men and Women), check the preview by hovering them, and click Publish.
Note: Customize → Menus (the Customizer’s menu editor) does not show mega menu options — use Customize → Mega Menu or Appearance → Menus.
Fine-tune an item
- 1Open Appearance → Menus and select your Primary Menu.
- 2Expand a top-level item (e.g. Men) and tick Mega menu.
- 3Choose the Content: Automatic lists the sub-categories of the linked category; Manual uses the item’s sub-menu items as column headings and their children as links.
- 4Optionally keep Show best-selling products on, set the number of columns, and add a promo image and caption.
- 5Click Save Menu and hover the item on your site.
- Items without "Mega menu" keep the normal dropdown.
- On phones the panel’s links appear inside the mobile menu; images and product strips are hidden to keep it short.
- Keyboard: Tab into the menu to open a panel, Esc to close it. On tablets, the first tap opens the panel and the second follows the link.
