The built-in homepage has five sections you can show, hide and edit, plus your own content below.

From top to bottom: Hero (with two side cards), Benefits, New Releases, Best Selling, then any content you add to the Home page in the editor.
Hero
- Main Title is your homepage H1, the most important heading for search engines. Include what you sell, e.g. "Designer Sunglasses" rather than only a slogan.
- Image: portrait, at least 900 × 1100px, under 300 KB (WebP or compressed JPG). It loads first, so keep it light.
- Alt text: describe the photo, e.g. "Woman wearing tortoiseshell cat-eye sunglasses at the beach".
- Button Link: leave empty to use your Shop page.
Side cards & benefits
Two promotional tiles beside the hero, each with subtitle, title, button, image (landscape, 700 × 500px+) and background colour. Hide them in Section Visibility to make the hero full width. Benefits are three short trust messages — make sure every claim matches your real policies.
New Releases & Best Selling
Each section chooses products in this order: a Category if you pick one; otherwise the Product IDs you list; otherwise all products — newest first for New Releases, most sold first for Best Selling.

| Random category + random products | A random category each time, then random products from it. The section button links to that category. |
Note: With a page-cache plugin, logged-out visitors see the cached page, so the random selection changes when the cache refreshes. This is normal and keeps the homepage fast.
Using Elementor or the block editor instead
Anything you add to the Home page in the block editor appears below the built-in sections. If you edit a different page with Elementor and set it as your homepage, that Elementor design replaces the built-in sections entirely.
